The LA Times is reporting that the El Royale Apartments have sold for almost $30 Million. The building was bought by Kamran Hakim, one of the largest private landlords in New York, and Santa Monica real estate attorney Farhad Eshaghpour.
According to the LA Times, the new owners intend to improve and preserve the building.
