Two properties in the Robert Quigg bankruptcy are now on the market: 347 S Arden Blvd in Windsor Square and 1516 Stone Canyon Road in Bel Air. Both properties are listed by Michael Sahakian of Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills, and the sales are subject to court confirmation.
Local real estate insiders tell the Buzz that Sahakian likely got the listings in part because of his bankruptcy expertise. Sahakian also sold Quigg the property in Bel Air, plus two others there, and represents investors who are holding approximately $19,800,000 on the Stone Canyon property (which is only partially completed) plus $6,200,000 in loans on the completed Arden property.
This month’s Larchmont Chronicle estimates Quigg had almost $90 million in loans on his nine properties – six in Hancock Park and Windsor Square, and three in Bel Air – at the time he filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy at the end of last year.
