The Ebell of Los Angeles is a philanthropic organization founded by women, for women, in 1894. Originally created for education, art and equality during a time of limited opportunities, the Ebell remains strong today. The club supports dozens of non-profits and scholarships, in addition to hosting special events, live music, dinners and community forums. The motto, “I will find a way, or make one” aligns with its core mission to encourage the educational, cultural and social growth of the diverse Los Angeles community. The club is open to everyone.
