Tailwaggers and Tailwashers is hosting a Grand Opening starting today through Sunday to officially announce its arrival on Larchmont Blvd. Located at 147 N. Larchmont Blvd, the shop has been open for business since last month.
Owner Todd Warner told the Buzz “everyone has been so nice and welcoming.” Warner, who has two other locations, says he feels that Larchmont’s strong sense of community is different and unique. “I hope everyone who hasn’t come in yet, will come in and visit our neighborhood pet store. We are thrilled to be here and look forward to being a part of the community for years to come.”
Warner’s vendors will be in the store during the opening celebration, with product information and giveaways. In addition, they are raffling special gift baskets daily for cats and dogs (or at least their lucky human owners). The baskets are full of treats and toys.  Customers who purchase $20 will be entered in the raffle and will also get a free goodie bag. The first 500 customers will receive a goodie bag, while supplies last, so come soon if you want to make sure you get one.
LA Animal Rescue, placing mostly dogs, and Santé D’ Or Foundation, a cat rescue, will also be there with pet adoptions on Thursday and Friday, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
