Citrus Square’s Delores Nelms Passes Away

Citrus Square resident Delores Nelms, who lived on North Mansfield Dr. for most of her life, passed away on Sept 13th.  Nelms, known as Dee to family and friends, was the daughter of Vina Page and Anthony Luna, and a lifelong resident of Los Angeles. Her nephew, Neal East, told the Buzz she will be “remembered for her generosity, her extraordinary beauty and style, and her adventurous spirit which led her to travel the world.” Nelms was preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Tom and Linda Nelms.  East said, “She will be missed by her family and friends, whose worlds are less magical without her.” In lieu of flowers, East said, Nelms would ask you to make a donation to St. Jude’s in her memory.
