Councilman LaBonge Hosts Miracle Mile Fun Run on Sunday

Councilman Tom LaBonge will be hosting the 1st Miracle Mile Fun Run this Sunday morning, May 18. Join Councilman LaBonge on Wilshire Boulevard to celebrate the historic Miracle Mile.

  • Check in will start at 6:30 a.m. along Wilshire, west of Highland Avenue.
  • The race will start at 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Orange Drive.
  • This is a free run and all ages are welcome.
  • Wilshire Boulevard will be closed down from Highland Avenue to Fairfax Avenue from 6 a.m. until 9 a.m. on Sunday.
  • North/South Traffic will be open on both Fairfax and Highland.
  • Organizers are expecting to have Wilshire Boulevard re-opened before 9 a.m.
