We have the inside scoop that there will be some surprise guests at the Larchmont Family Fair this weekend: they may be hairy and stinky and may spit a bit, but your kids will certainly want to ride them. It may not be the desert sands of the middle east, but a few dromedaries will be trekking down Larchmont Blvd on Sunday, there for the riding.

Here is a courtesy video I created today. My wife and I were on a walk in the neighborhood and couldn’t resist all the smiles on the kids faces! Great event.

The camels @ the fair were being abused by their handler. Not sure why anyone thinks it is appropriate to have camel rides when it is very well documented that these animals at any fair or any circus are ALWAYS abused. I would never visit a Larchmont fair again if thus is going to be the status quo.
