In the November edition of the Captain’s Corner, LAPD Olympic Division Captain Tina Nieto introduces us to the new Patrol Commanding Officer, Captain Peter Zarcone. Captain Zarcone steps into the position formerly occupied by Captain Robert Arcos, who was promoted to Area Commanding Officer at 77th Division.
