Village Heights Celebrating 15 Years in Larchmont Village

Louis Eafalla, owner of Village Heights (unmasked temporarily for the photo), is celebrating 15 years on Larchmont this month.

Congratulations to Louis Eafalla, owner of Village Heights at 122 1/2 N. Larchmont Blvd., who this month celebrates the 15-year anniversary of his shop serving the Larchmont community.

Well known for his delightfully exuberant windows packed with clever gifts and seasonal items, Eafalla has established Village Heights as a the perfect place to shop for unique gifts for anyone on your list, or yourself. Eafalla’s selections never disappoint.

Village Heights is filled with gift items for the spring holidays, St. Patrick’s Day and Easter.

Before turning to retail, Eafalla had a varied career.

“Before I opened my shop,  I worked on the quiz show Jeopardy! for seven years as the Manager of Promotions,” Eafalla told the Buzz.  “And before, that I spent five years as The Assistant Director of Admissions for The American University of Paris in Paris, France.”

On March 7, 2006, Eafalla opened Village Heights. The shop has been a mainstay for Larchmont Village shoppers for many years, though recently, it has not been easy. Eafalla has weathered the pandemic and feels optimistic about the future. His small shop has enabled him to be nimble and resilient, but he also credits the community for standing by and shopping local.

Recently he posted this message to customers on Instagram:

“Please join us as we celebrate 15 years on Larchmont! We couldn’t have done it without you! We are so grateful for all of your support throughout the years. Larchmont is such a special place. We have all seen what is happening on the street right now. It’s hard to watch many of the shops and businesses we all love have to relocate or shut down. We don’t take for granted how lucky we are to celebrate this milestone. Thank you to each and every one of you! We wouldn’t be here without you. We look forward to a better year for everyone and many more years on the Boulevard!”

To celebrate the big milestone, Eafalla is offering a 15% percent customer discount card that can be used on any item in the store through the end of the month. Stop in, say happy anniversary…and save 15 percent!
