Are you working from home and need ‘some space’? Enjoy YOUBE’s no-long-term-commitment setup to get some work done. YOUBE is the future of co-working and shared office space. You buy as many credits as you need and book seats by the hour. The furniture is commercially graded and sit/stand desks available to get your posture back in place. Perfect for the ‘hybrid worker,’ or someone who’s working from home but needs to get away from partners, children, and dogs a couple of days a week. There are no sign-up fees and no monthly payments required.

YOUBE Melrose opened up in February 2022 and attracts many of the area’s creatives – writers, designers, producers and actors, but also software engineers and brokers. Everyone is welcome!

Art by local artists such as Cleopatrina, Bre Smith and Cale Margol decorate the walls. One wall is exclusive to art made by youth from the Covenant House of California, a not-for-profit organization working to help youth overcome homelessness.

Prices to sit at YOUBE start from $20/day or $2.50/hour. FREE Parking, FREE Coffee. Local Artists and Brand Partners on display provide great discounts.

YOUBE Co-Founders Stephan Agerman and Jenny Berglund Castro

“We are very excited to bring YOUBE to the Larchmont Village area. The community here is wonderful and we are happy to service this very talented and inspiring group of people. Come in to experience YOUBE through one of our many events, do your table reading here or have your next meeting in one of our pods”, says Jenny Berglund Castro, Co-Founder.

“Many of our customers utilize both of our locations”, says Stephan Agerman Co-Founder, “and the plan is to have 50 locations within the next few years. We want to make it easy for people to get some work done no matter where in the city they need to be for that day. We are in a sense like Uber, the more cars we get the better our offering will be in our “one account, all locations” set up.”

Become a shareholder! YOUBE is currently open for investing through an Equity Crowdfunding campaign via . As low as $250 per investment. During a limited time only.

Equity Crowdfunding is a way to democratize investing into start up companies. From 1933 to 2016, it was illegal to make an investment in a private company unless you were an “accredited investor” (i.e., rich).

Starting in May of 2016, thanks to a new law called Regulation Crowdfunding, it became legal for everyone to invest small amounts of money in the startups they believed in. More on this from the SEC on
