If you have a tween living at home who just can’t get enough of the ubiquitous Taylor Swift you may want to head on over to the Grammy Museum in downtown LA to see a retrospective on the 25 year old pop star: The Taylor Swift Experience.

Telling the tale of Swift’s meteoric rise to pop stardom at an early age, the exhibit presents never-before-seen personal photographs and home videos, interactive experiences, handwritten lyrics of the star’s top-charting hits, and the iconic costumes, props and even guitars Taylor has touched. Fans may truly be unable to “Shake it Off” after seeing all that is Taylor Swift.

If you’re not a Swift fan, you might consider dropping your darling on the 2nd floor and making your way through one of the other four floors of exhibits to explore a variety of visiting and permanent exhibits that explore everything from the art and technology of the recording industry to features and films on specific musical artists through the ages. Current exhibits include Donna Summer, Michael Jackson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Tupac Shakur and Lead Belly.
